SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Softanics exclusively owns all copyrights to Deleaker.

Anyone may use this software during a test period of 14 days. Following this test period of 14 days or less, if you wish to continue to use Deleaker, you MUST register.

You may read how to register in help or at our website www.deleaker.com.

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Deleaker.

HOME LICENSE grants the right to use Deleaker at home, and for non-commercial usage, and not for a company.

SINGLE DEVELOPER LICENSE grants the right to a single developer in a company to use Deleaker. This license cannot be transferred from one developer to another one.

SITE DEVELOPER LICENSE grants the right for any developer inside one building of an organization located in one city.

FLOATING DEVELOPER LICENSE grants the right to a developer in a company to use Deleaker. The floating developer license lets you run several Deleaker copies on multiple computers in a company. The number of copies that can work concurrently is determined by the license key.

The Deleaker unregistered version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Deleaker without written permission from the copyright holder.

Deleaker IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. Softanics reserves all rights not expressly granted here.

Installing and using Deleaker signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you disagree with the terms of this license, you must remove Deleaker files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
